Reconcile a list

Paste the TTB IDs you care about. We check each one against the transitions we have observed and tell you which ones changed state. TTB notifies the certificate holder and nobody downstream, which is why this question is hard to answer any other way.

Input mode

The first field of each line is read as a TTB ID; every other column is ignored. A header row simply lands in “could not read” and is reported there rather than silently skipped — we do not guess which lines you meant.

Up to 1,000 ids per run. Measured, not chosen. A full 1,000-id run costs 21 database queries and about 6,600 row-reads, and takes roughly two seconds end to end. Doubling it doubles the round trips and puts this page past four seconds, which reads as broken rather than as thorough — so the limit is the clock, not the bill. Past this, you want a bulk export rather than this screen.

Your list is not stored. No account, no cookie, no saved batch, no email. It is held in memory for this one request, used to read the corpus, and dropped when the page renders. Every query this page issues is a read, and the run checks the database’s own write counter and abandons itself if it is not zero — the number is printed on the result.
